![]() MysticismMysticism is not just for the Sages or the Saints in Life, for all of Life is our Mystic Path, each one of us either know or we do not know, we are each but a single drop from the one God, the one Source. Opening our heart's to Love is the centre of the Mystics teaching's. It is something that can be experienced at any moment within our life. There are Mystics throughout the World, and each religious culture has its own Mystical teaching's. Albert Einstein was quoted as saying 'I want to know God's thoughts, for the rest are details'. We have various mysticism such as: BUDDHIST, HINDU, TAOIST, SHAMANIC, ISLAMIC, CHRISTIAN, And JEWISH. Each and all follow the Mystic's Pathway to Enlightenment. We all live within a stressful world, by seeking the enlightenment of the mystic's we can turn our world, if not ourselves, into more knowledgeable and calmer beings. A certain amount of stress is necessary within life, but when it begins to affect our mental and physical well being, it is then time to look deep inside of ourselves so that we may find inner peace. Throughout our own personal experiences within life, the world of spirituality, there is always one thing that remains with us, the spontaneous arising of mystical experiences, it is not our personality that makes one a mystic, but the experience of transcendental (realities), or meditation for some, that takes us beyond the confine's of personality. Mystical knowledge is not a collection of facts or figures; it is a state of 'knowing'. The Ancient Greek oracle of Delphi claimed that the great mystic and philosopher 'Socrates' was the wisest man alive, simply because he knew nothing! The mystic looks deep within his or her heart and finds the Heart of God, an all consuming compassion which needs no intellectual justification. The Mystic knows nothing but the love of compassion and the love of God (Source), The Creator. Black Elk - 19th Century Native American Mystic
Shamanic MysticismNothing I have ever seen with my eyes was as clear and bright as what my vision showed me: and no words that I ever heard with my ears are like the words I heard. I did not have to remember these things: they remembered themselves all these years. It was as I grew older that the meaning came clearer and clearer out of the pictures and the words; and even now I know that more was shown to me than I can tell. Islamic Mystic
Hindu MysticismFear not, wise one! You are not in danger. There is a way to cross the ocean of life and death, through which the saints have gained the others shore. This way I will reveal to you. The stupid man looks at his body and says. ' This is I '. The more learned thinks, ‘This is I’ of his personality. But the wise man knows the true Self, saying, ‘I am the Eternal.’ He is individual, though without separateness. He who possesses Soul vision has dissolved the ‘I’ in Pure Consciousness. To those who are wandering in this desert world, Weary, oppressed and worn by sorrow, may this teaching reveal the Eternal Oneness, bringing joy, like the ocean of nectar near at hand. Taoist MysticismYou can’t see it, because it has no form, you can’t hear it, because it makes no noise. You can’t touch it, because it has no substance. It cannot be known in these ways, because it is the all-embracing Oneness. It is not the high and light, or low and dark. Indefinable yet continually present, it is nothing at all. It is formless form, the imageless image. It can’t be grasped by the imagination. It has no beginning and no end. This is the essence of Tao. Stay in harmony with the ancient presence, and you will know the fullness of each present moment. Christian Mysticism
